The Sunshine Coast is home to many biodiversity heroes.
These include organizations - like our member groups - who are working to protect habitats and wild species, and phase out destructive human practices.
They include individuals - like our John Hind-Smith award winners - who have stepped up to take action to protect our environment.
Some are business owners working to minimize their environmental impact and/or using some of their funds to support conservation work.
Others are volunteers, who give of their time and skills to make work like the SCCA's possible.
