The Ruby Lake Lagoon Society is sponsoring a habitat and trail restoration workparty at Mixal Creek on Sunday, September 28 in honour of BC Rivers Day.
Anyone who is interested in taking part should meet the group at 9:30 at the PetroCan station (junction of Hwy 101 and Garden Bay Road).Bring work gloves, gumboots and garden tools (clippers, shovels, rakes etc.) and your lunch.
