The Sunshine Coast Conservation Association (SCCA) invites you to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on:

This is your opportunity to connect with fellow members, hear about our conservation work over the past year, and help guide the future of the SCCA.
What to Expect
At the AGM we will:

Present and approve the financial statements

Share the Executive Director’s report on key campaigns and achievements

Hold elections for our Board of Directors
Board Elections
The SCCA Board plays a central role in shaping our conservation strategy. Elections will take place during the AGM in accordance with our bylaws:

Nominations closed on June 13, 2025

If the number of nominees matches the available seats, the slate will be elected by acclamation

If there are more nominees than seats, a vote will be held
-
Only members in good standing for at least 90 days prior to the AGM (since June 13, 2025) are eligible to vote
