On October 19, 2024, British Columbians will head to the polls to vote in the provincial election. The people we elect on October 19th will be asked to make critical decisions that affect whether or not the natural systems we rely on will continue to survive and sustain us.
There are many ways to vote in this 2024 Provincial Election:
- You can vote right now at any District Electoral Office
- You can vote by mail by requesting a vote by mail package from Elections BC by October 13
- Advanced Voting opens on October 10 and runs till October 16 (closed for Thanksgiving on October 14)
- General voting day is October 19

- Be a Canadian citizen.
- Be at least 18 years old on or before October 19, 2024.
- Be a resident of British Columbia since at least April 18, 2024.
