This photo shows the section of penstock that will remain above ground. The tunnel entrance is not in the picture but is located above the upper left corner of the photo.
A significant volume of runoff water can be seen rushing along the curve of the road then heading down to the next landing and over a road bank. There were no ditching or containment efforts evident at the time of photo. According to company personnel, corrective measures have been taken.
