Public Notice from the Town of Gibsons

The Town will hold a Public Hearing to consider OCP and Zoning amendment applications for the properties known as Lot A and C Gibsons Way. The amendments would allow for the construction of a commercial building fronting Gibsons Way and three apartment buildings behind, with a total of 172 residential units.

How to provide feedback:

• In Writing: Written submissions must be received before 8:00 a.m. on Monday, December 2nd to be added to the Public Hearing Agenda. Email planning@gibsons.ca, or bring your letter to Town Hall.
• Verbally: Anyone who would like to speak at the Public Hearing can do so at the event. No prior registration is required.
